We hope you are happy with your Sheeran by Lowden purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send your purchase back without first contacting our customer support team.

Change of Mind Returns

Customers may return goods in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds exclude original delivery charges

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees paid are non-refundable

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
