We offer worldwide delivery on all Sheeran by Lowden guitars.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 3–5 working days

• International: Delivery times vary depending on destination, however please allow 7-10 days. 

All orders are shipped using UPS or Royal Mail, depending on destination and service availability. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or local courier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your location. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sheeran by Lowden does not deliver orders duty paid (DDP). Any additional charges incurred during import must be paid by the recipient.
