Order confirmations are sent by email and constitute acceptance of your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Checkout. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards and Klarna, where available.

Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

Orders are shipped using UPS or Royal Mail, depending on service availability.

Delivery charges cover transportation only and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Warranty

All Sheeran by Lowden guitars are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, subject to the terms set out in our Warranty Policy.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
