Warranty Policy

All Sheeran by Lowden guitars are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.


This warranty is provided by Sheeran by Lowden Limited and is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

 

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Offer a refund

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including strings, frets, saddle, and nut

  • Changes in appearance due to natural ageing of wood or finish

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by exposure to excessive humidity, dryness, heat, or temperature changes

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or transport

  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or adjustments

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the instrument’s functionality

  • Products that have been resold or transferred to a new owner

 

Who the Warranty Applies To

  • The warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser

  • It is non-transferable

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is encouraged but is not required to make a claim.

Registering your guitar helps us provide more efficient support, but you must retain your original proof of purchase.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your guitar has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us before returning your instrument:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs where possible

Do not send your guitar for repair or return without first contacting us.

 

Repairs & Authorised Service

Repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties may void this warranty.

Where appropriate, we may direct you to an authorised repairer or service centre.

 

Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
