All Sheeran by Lowden guitars are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is provided by Sheeran by Lowden Limited and is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including strings, frets, saddle, and nut

Changes in appearance due to natural ageing of wood or finish

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling

Damage caused by exposure to excessive humidity, dryness, heat, or temperature changes

Damage resulting from improper storage or transport

Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or adjustments

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the instrument’s functionality

Products that have been resold or transferred to a new owner

Warranty Registration
Warranty registration is encouraged but is not required to make a claim.
Registering your guitar helps us provide more efficient support, but you must retain your original proof of purchase.
